The trash in my immediate neighborhood hasn't been picked up in almost a month. If you look in the phone book, the phone numbers for the Blytheville city administration seem to be missing, probably done on purpose to avoid the many complaints. The voice at the Public Works said their trucks are broken down and they can't afford repairs and they can't work overtime...
