Timothy Wayne Neer

Timothy Wayne Neer, of Monette, died Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024. Born in Osceola, he was raised in Etowah, had attended Manila Public Schools, and had lived much of his adult life in Jonesboro. He enjoyed being outdoors, listening to music and fishing. Timothy was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his mother, Darlene Finley, his maternal and paternal grandparents, and a niece, Karma Neer.

Survivors include the mother of his children, Dawn Marie Neer of Ft. Smith; his fiancee, Ashley Rameriz of Monette; two daughters, Haili Neer of Monette and Mari Jane Neer of Bay; father and stepmother, Dennis and Cindy Neer of Jonesboro; stepfather, Nolan Finley of Manila; five brothers, Dennis James Neer Jr., Franklin Neer, Quinton Neer, Tanner Neer, Dustin Neer; two sisters, Joyce Hamm and Jessica Hill.

A visitation only will be 5:30-7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 3, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. All arrangements are under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Manila. Online guest register is www.HowardFuneralService.com.
