Randy Allen Franklin

Randy Allen Franklin, 25, of Osceola, passed away at his home on Oct. 1, 2024. Randy was born March 18, 1999, in Jonesboro, to Allen and Faye Franklin. He was a cherished son, husband, father and brother.

Randy was a wonderful husband to his wife, Hayley, and a very loving, extremely attentive father to his only son, Nolan. Randy dedicated his career to American Greetings Corp. in Osceola, where he worked as a machine specialist. His commitment to his work was deeply appreciated by his colleagues and friends.

Randy is survived by his loving wife, Hayley Franklin, and their son, Nolan Franklin, both of whom reside in the home. He also leaves behind his parents, Allen and Faye Franklin, both of Luxora; two sisters, Adena Franks (Josh) and Cassie Franklin, both of Luxora. His grandmother, Patricia Watkins, of Luxora, and a special uncle, Charlie Watkins, also of Luxora, will fondly remember his warmth and spirit. Randy’s life was enriched by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Heather Franklin, and his grandfather, Charles Watkins Sr.

The family will accept visitors from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 1323 W. Keiser Ave., Osceola. Funeral service will immediately follow at noon with Bro. James Watkins officiating. Burial will be held in Mississippi County Memorial Gardens, Osceola. All services will be under the direction of Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. The community will surely feel the absence of Randy’s vibrant spirit and kind heart.
