Anna Bell Walker

Anna Bell Walker, 89, of Blytheville, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2024 at her home.

Born in Blytheville to Troy and Nettie Deavorus Garner, Anna Bell retired from Blytheville Courier News and Southwestern Bell.

In addition to her parents, Anna Bell was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Dalton Walker, Sr.; one son, Bill Walker, Jr.; and four brothers, Rev. Jimmie Garner, Billy Garner, Bobby Garner, Sr. and Samuel Garner.

Anna Bell is survived by special friends and caregivers, Sharon and Daryl Bobo Young, Sr., Betty Toles, and Legacy Hospice; and one grandson.

Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9, at Elmwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
