Blytheville Rotarians brought paper towels to their weekly meeting where Phyllis McClendon and Laura Jane Glover from The Haven of Northeast Arkansas detailed the vital work done in Mississippi County to help battered women. October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and McClendon is spreading the word about the services offered to protect women and help get them back on the path to independence.
