King Dave McNichols, 71, of Blytheville departed from this life on Aug. 29, 2024, at his residence. He was born Oct. 29, 1953, to the late Jessie McNichols and the late Carrie Bell-McNichols in Blytheville. King McNichols was the husband to Barbara Williams and was of the Baptist faith. He worked in maintenance up until his retirement.

In addition to his parents, Jessie and Carrie McNichols, King was preceded in death by one daughter, Tracy McNichols; five brothers, Jessie McNichols, Zebede McNichols, Joseph McNichols, Lee McNichols and William Isaac McNichols; four sisters, Ann McNichols, Hazel McNichols, Ethel Lee McNichols and Juanita McNichols; and one grandchild, Trayvon McNichols.

He is survived by his wife, Barbara Williams-McNichols of Blytheville; two sons, Charles (Bessie) Webb and Freddie (Stephanie) Taylor, both of Blytheville; two daughters, Pamela Foreman of Blytheville and Melody (Wayne) Webb, also of Blytheville; 16 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren, as well as his sister-in-law, Beatrice McNichols, and a special niece, Stephanie McNichols, whom he loved dearly.

Services for King McNichols will be held Saturday, Sept. 14, at Temple of Praise in Blytheville with the visitation from 1-2 p.m. and the funeral to follow at 2 p.m. with pastor Charlie Donnerson officiating. Burial will be held at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette.
