Brian Pruett

Brian Pruett, 44, of Blytheville, passed from this life into the presence of our Lord and Savior on Friday, Aug. 2, 2024.

Brian was born to Randy and Kimberly Larkin Pruett in Blytheville. He was employed by the family business, Great River Industrial Supply. After graduating Blytheville High School, Brian accepted a basketball scholarship at Williams Baptist College. Brian enjoyed time with his family and helping others. He was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Gosnell.

Brian was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth and Inez Pruett and Delmar and Louise Larkin; uncles, Charles Caldwell, Sam Frankinfield, John Meadows; and his aunts, Fran Larkin, Elisha Frankinfield and Mary Meadows.

Brian is survived by his parents; his children, Jaxson Pruett of Blytheville, Rheyma and Hayzlee Pruett, both of Gosnell; a brother, Nathan Pruett, and his wife Robin and their daughter, Kenzie of Cabot; and a sister, Emily Stearns, and her husband Aaron and their daughter, Mila of Nashville, Tenn.; and a host of friends.

Memorial services will be Friday, Aug. 9, at 2 p.m. at Bethany Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Hyde and Rev. David King officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time at the church. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
