Shirley Elaine Littleton was born in Osceola May 5,1963, to the late Ben and Lula Gary-Mosley. Shirley was a 1981 graduate of Osceola High School and went on to work at the Arkansas Highways and Transportation Department. Shirley was an active member of Living Word Cathedral Church of God in Christ serving as president of the usher board under the pastorage of superintendent A.L Thomas. Shirley worked 33 years at the highway department before she decided to resign due to health issues.

Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Lula Gary-Mosley; her daughter, Shanell Brown; three brothers, Ben Mosley Jr., Herbert Mosley and Robert Mosley; two sisters, Earline Jacobs and Joyce Brown.

On Thursday, July 18,2024, Shirley passed away in her home at the age of 61.

Shirley leaves to cherish precious memories her loving and committed husband, Roosevelt Littleton of the home; one daughter, Shannon James; two sisters, Evelyn (George) Jacobs and Gloria Mosley; two brothers, Lee Mosley, Guy Mosley and Ronald Mosley (Elizabeth); five grandchildren, Shacorreya Weatherspoon, Malechia Gray, Henry Mcgowan, Mikala Beare and Mikyla James; eight great-grandchildren, Ralph Mason III, Rhylan Mason, Major Cannon, Leigha Mcgowan, Hasen Mcgowan, Darrell Fowler Jr, Ja’Mari Winda and I’Mauri Cannon; two close nieces, Malechia Mosley-Seals and Tiffany Mosley; five special friends, Jane Bell, Shante Anderson, Michelle Sims, Deloris Littleton and Benard Lofton; many nieces, nephews, coworkers, and a host of loving family members and friends.
