Charles Davis

Charles Davis, 70, of Osceola, was called home to be with our heavenly father on Thursday, June 27, 2024, at Harris HealthCare in Osceola. Charles was born June 23, 1954, to the late Joseph and Hattie Davis in Osceola.

Charles was known for his barbecue, which earned him the nickname “Q” among his friends and family. Charles accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at an early age.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Hattie Davis; his siblings, Barbara Ann Davis, Larry Davis, Darren Davis, Joe Davis, Melvin Davis and Tommy Davis; and one grandson, Demetrius Gavin Jr.

Charles leaves to cherish his memories three sons, Charles Davis Jr. (Jasmaine) of Jonesboro, Jermaine Davis (Shanqueta) of Osceola and Jeremy Davis of Osceola; nine daughters, Latrena Scales (Emill), Sharneice Marshall (Keith), Kendra Gavin (Tyrone), Candace Davis, Carla Hughes (Willie), Latoya Davis, Chelsea Davis, Christina Davis, all of Osceola, and Deborah Brown (Bryan) of Jonesboro; five brothers, Sammy Davis of Osceola, Lawrence Davis and Patrick Davis of Illinois, Calvin Davis of California, and Tony Davis of Iowa; as well as a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family has requested a private service rendered by Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.
