The Melody Theatre in Leachville is asking the community to help present a 7-Film Children's Summer Theater The series will start in July.
“We hope to show seven children’s films during July and August with free admission to all children,” Kevin Reagan, theater manager, said.
The projected matinee dates are July 9, July 11, July 16, July 18, Aug. 6, Aug. 8, Aug. 13. All films will be shown at 3 p.m.
“We have already received enough donations to sponsor the first film,” Reagan said. “The City of Leachville and a team of dedicated individuals are working to revive the historic Melody Theatre and bring fun, family entertainment to the community.”
