Harold Glen Stallings, 85, of Manila, passed from this life Thursday, June 20, 2024, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Manila, he was the son of the late Goldie Earl and Vallie Aaron Stallings and had lived most of his life in Manila. Harold was an auctioneer and ran auctions throughout the country in addition to owning and operating Harold’s Wholesale Sales and Harold’s Furniture. He had several interesting collections including but not limited to Mexican sombreros, beer steins, and die-cast replica cars. He also enjoyed listening to old time country music. Harold was a longtime member of the Manila Church of God of Prophecy. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three daughters, Jeanetta Stallings, Ramona Stallings Bruins and Peggy Stallings Fowler; one son, David Allen Stallings; and one brother, James Earl Stallings.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Stella Newby Stallings of Manila; two sons, Harold Gregory Stallings (Karen) of Manila and Christopher Adam Stallings of Brandenburg, Ky. He also leaves his grandchildren, Michael Joe Watson, Cody Allen Stallings, Harold Geramie Stallings, Amber Nichole Stallings, Makenzie Faith Stallings and Sarah Jeanette Fowler.; great-grandchildren, Tristin Nicole Watson, Tyson Watson, Kiley Ann Watson, Christopher Allen Stallings, Emma Claire Stallings, Aiden James Mele, Layla Rose Speed and Grant Allen Stallings; great-great-grandchildren, Corrine Vallie Caston, Cooper Dakota Caston, Conner Michael Caston and Winnie Lee Watson.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Monday, June 24, in the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Danny Rigney officiating. Burial will follow in the Manila Cemetery.
