Mary Lou Herron

Mary Lou Herron, 56, of Blytheville passed away Saturday, June 1, 2024, at her home.

Born to Doyle and Mary Linda Stigall Sipes, she was the owner of Mary Lou’s Tax and Bookkeeping. Mary Lou enjoyed going to the hills, deer hunting and working in her flower beds. She liked to read, write, and she was known to make a list for everything. During the summer months, she worked hard to keep her pool up and ready for her grandchildren. Mary Lou was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica McGuire; granddaughter, Brinley McGuire; and son-in-law, Nicholas McGuire.

Mary Lou is survived by her loving husband of 38 wonderful years, Kenny Herron of Blytheville; a granddaughter that lives in the home, Cadence Nevaeh McGuire; two children, Tiffany Garcia and husband Michael of Perryville and Trey “Baby Boy” Herron and wife Whitney of Gosnell; one sister, Clarissa Jones of Blytheville; one sister-in-law, Rachel Thrasher and husband Steven of Alabama; six grandchildren, Payton, Raylee and Karleigh Herron, Thomas Chilton, Aly and Mikey Garcia; and two bonus grandchildren, Kenslei and Kelson Miles.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 6, at 10 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Dogwood Cemetery in Blytheville.
