Robert Lee Betts

Robert Lee Betts, 87, of Blytheville, sadly passed away April 26, 2024, in Oklahoma City, Okla. He was born July 6, 1936, to the late Clifton Betts and the late Teletha Wilson in Pawnee, Okla.

Robert worked in construction until his retirement and was a dedicated member of Northside Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifton Betts and Teletha Wilson; his beloved wife, Carrie Betts; one brother, Johnny Willis; and one sister, Betty Betts.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Tony (Gail) Betts of Blytheville and Charles (Yolanda) Betts of Dallas, Texas; three daughters, Pamela Betts and Judy Bennett, both of Blytheville, and Katrina Betts of Oklahoma City, Okla.; one sister, Esther Motton of Sikeston, Mo.; as well as 16 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held May 4 from 1-2 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 2 p.m. at the Northside Church of Christ in Blytheville. Burial will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Blytheville with Bro. Jackie Rogers officiating.
