MANILA - Sierra Watts scored three runs and drive in two, while going 3-for-4 at the dish to pace Manila to a 17-7 non-conference win over the Bay Lady Yellowjackets Thursday at Manila.
Jesie Kroeger smacked a two-run double while driving in 4 runs in a 2-for-4 effort at the plate. Madison Tune scored three runs, while going 2-for-3 and picking up an RBI for the Lady Lions (2-5). Anna Garner also went 2-for-4 and scored three runs and had an RBI.
Hadley Cohn and Lily White both had a hit and an RBI for the Lady Lions. Raven Fields drive in a run and Diem Warrenfells had a hit in the Manila win.
Tune pitched the first inning to earn the win. Cohn relieved Tune in the second inning, picking up eight strike outs and getting the save.
