Leachville clerk takes office

Vanessa Wheeler, newly appointed Leachville City Clerk, was sworn in by Judge Shannon Langston. Former long-time clerk Ruth Ann Keith announced her plans to retire at the end of 2023 several months ago and Wheeler was appointed by the city council.
