Thomas “Tom” Harvey Brown

Thomas “Tom” Harvey Brown, 78, of West Memphis, passed from this life at his home on Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023. He was born Feb. 25, 1945, to Harvey Emmet Brown and Minnie (Southern) Brown in Tyronza. Mr. Brown was a retired auto repairman and of Baptist faith.

Thomas leaves behind two sons, Shannon Lee (Brittany) Brown of Colorado and Nathan Dion (Shannon) Brown of Marion; one daughter, Rhonda Kay Taylor of West Memphis; one brother, Levi Brown of Texas; three sisters, Hazel Riley of Trumann, Annie King of Florida and Linda Redd of Florida; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

The family will accept visitors from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 22, at Living Waters Pentecostal Church of God, 2040 Hwy. 118 North, Tyronza, AR 72384. Funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. with Sister Gwen Hooker officiating. Burial will follow in Marked Tree Cemetery. Wilson Funeral Home – Tyronza is overseeing all services.
