The Haven of Northeast Arkansas is sponsoring the Clothesline Project, a visual awareness display honoring the lives of Arkansans lost to domestic violence over the last 10 years.

The project will be on display through Friday at the Blytheville Public Library, 200 North 4th Street.

The Clothesline Project is a national project which displays shirts designed by survivors of assault, rape and child sexual abuse.

The tee-shirts in Blytheville are on loan to The Haven of NEA, Inc., from the Arkansas Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

The display is open to the public during regular library hours.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness month and The Haven sponsored several projects throughout the area including a 5K run, a candlelight prayer vigil, booths, Silent Witnesses ceremony at the Osceola Library, trunk-or-treat on Main Street, training and more.
