Diane Bell Easley

Diane Bell Easley, 81, of Osceola, passed away Oct. 1, 2023, at her home. She was a retired surgical tech and of the Church of Christ faith. Mrs. Easley was born Aug. 14, 1942, in Keiser to Forrest Hall “Tut” and Mildred Prentice Waltrip. She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Charles Olen Cantrell; one brother, Billy Waltrip; and one sister, Bobbie Langston.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Easley of Osceola; one son, Donald Christopher Hudson of Keiser; two stepdaughters, Vicky Easley of Memphis, Tenn., and Tina Terry of Jonesboro; one sister, Betty (Ray) Carter of Castalian Springs, Tenn.; four grandchildren, Kevin Terry and Douglas Cole Scott of El Paso, Texas, Joseph Christopher Hudson and Mary Ann Wingate of Keiser; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday, Oct. 5, from 9-10 a.m. with the funeral at 10 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial will be at Mississippi County Memorial Gardens in Osceola with James Lampley officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola will be in charge of the arrangements.
