Marked Tree Indians warm up for season in jamboree

“We made a lot of mistakes, but it's all fixable stuff. The main thing is I thought they played hard. The defense flew to the ball like I thought they would. We played a lot of kids tonight and now we can get a look at them on film and go from there. We'll scheme a little more this week getting ready for Hector once we see what they look like. We'll add a few things and try to get better at the things we do. Hector has a good quarterback and a good receiver back, some offensive lineman back and a couple linebackers back on defense. They'll be a talented team and a tough draw for us to open the season. We wanted a tough opener to get us ready for conference play... it's going to be a tough conference.”
