WL “David” Walters

WL “David” Walters was born Feb. 17, 1959, to the late Allen Walters Sr. and Hattie Bell Walters in Osceola. He departed this life on July 11, 2023, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish memories four sisters, Mae Wimbley, Mabel Gathen, Judy Jacobs and Rebecca Whaley, all of Osceola; five brothers, Allen Walters Jr. and Lennell Walters, both of Chicago, Ill., Clarence Walters of Jacksonville, Charles Walters of Osceola and Kenneth Jones of Blytheville; and a host of other relatives and friends and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 22, from 12:00-12:55 p.m. at Bethlehem M.B. Church in Osceola. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. Interment will be at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette.
