Otho Franklin "Frank" Kelley

Otho Franklin "Frank" Kelley, 74, of Lepanto passed away May 19, 2023, at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. He was born Jan. 13, 1949, in Armorel to Ozell and Evelyn Herron Kelley, Sr. He was a retired farmer, a member of Harvest Fellowship Church of God in Manila and a resident of Mississippi County for 70 years. Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by his parents; his wife Gladys Kelley; four brothers, Jerry Kelley, Monty Kelley, Jimmy Kelley and Ozell Kelley, Jr.

He is survived by two sons, Greg Kelley of Lepanto and Tony Kelley of Manila; one daughter, Lisa (Johnny) Hillegas of Lepanto; five brothers, Joe (Rita) Kelley of Clinton, Richard (Patty) Kelley Arbyrd, Mo., Robert (Jeanette) Kelley of Holland, Mo., Glenn (Aletha) Kelley of Jackson, Tenn., and Jackie (Ann) Kelley of Leachville; two sisters, Sharon (Jimmy) Reed of Manila and Marie Rustin of Yukon, Okla.; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was Monday, May 22, from 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Funeral Services will be Tuesday, May 23, at 11 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Bro. Scotty Riley officiating. Burial will be at Louise Chapel in Joiner. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge of the services.
