Shireta Paulette Rogers

Shireta Paulette Rogers, 46, of Blytheville, passed away May 9, 2023, at Baptist Health Hospital. She was a hair stylist and worked for Senath South Healthcare Center. Mrs. Rogers was born Nov. 9, 1976, in Blytheville to the late Lonzo Weatherspoon Jr. and Anita Louise Franklin. She was married to pastor Tim Rogers for 25 years and they have seven children. She was preceded in death by her father, Lonzo Weatherspoon; brothers, Alfred Weatherspoon III, Henry Weatherspoon; and grandparents, Lonzo Weatherspoon Sr. and Reena Mae Weatherspoon.

She is survived by her husband, pastor Tim Rogers; seven children, Traveil Martez Rucker, Timara Breann Rogers, Timya Lajoy Rogers, Tiffany Shakyra Rogers, Tierra Janae Rogers, Timberly Sharee Rogers and Tioni Shamere Rogers; mother, Anita Louise Weatherspoon; two sisters, Antionette “Toni” Weatherspoon Peoples and Patricia Weatherspoon Vaughn; brother, Robert Lee Weatherspoon; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, May 19, from 6-8 p.m. at Prince of Peace Church 501 E. McHaney, Blytheville. Celebration of Life will be May 20 at 12 p.m., Chickasaw Arena, 600 N. 10th Street, Blytheville.
