Barbara Walker

Barbara Walker of Blytheville was born July 19, 1949, in Blytheville to the late Luther Taylor and Ethel Sanders. Barbara departed this life Dec. 27, 2022, her home at the age of 73. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Barbara leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Rodney Walker of San Diego, Calif., and Prince Walker of Blytheville; eight sisters, Ann Marie Wheeler of Blytheville, Mary Catherine Dixon of Gosnell, Ora Lee Taylor of Memphis, Tenn., Alma Taylor and Kim Taylor, both Decatur, Ill., Kim Fluker of Detroit, Mich., Emma Stafford of Rancho, Cucamonga, Calif., and Marie Butler of Carbondale, Ill., one brother, Floyd Taylor of Decatur, Ill.; 16 grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023, at New Mt. Olive M.B. Church. Interment will be at Memory Garden Cemetery. Services are provided by Gary Wolfe at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home & Cremation, 634 W. Main Street, Blytheville, AR 72315, 870-900-0010.
