Gertrude Lynn Pugh

Gertrude Lynn Pugh, 60, passed away Dec. 25, 2022, at St. Bernards Hospital in Jonesboro. Gertrude was born Oct. 23, 1962, to the late Henderson Hamilton and Earline Dye in Earle. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henderson Hamilton and Earline Dye; her husband, Charles Pugh; one son, Kenneth Reed.

She survived by two sons, Antione Pugh of Blytheville and Christian Meeks of Little Rock; two daughters, Martina Wilson and Emmarene Wilson, both of Blytheville; nine sisters, Thelma Wilson, Mary Jenkins, Yolanda Wilson and Shirley Jenkins of Blytheville, Brenda Wilson of Jonesboro, Shirley Jean Wilson of Chicago, Ill., Marie Hamilton of Arizona, Jeanette Wilson of Oakland, Calif., and April Eason of Memphis, Tenn.; and 14 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Jan. 7, 2023, from 1-2 p.m. Funeral service will follow at 2 p.m. at God’s Holy Temple, Bishop Randy Crenshaw, with Pastor Henry Mays officiating. Burial services will be held at Sandy Ridge in Burdette. Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville will conduct the services.
