Charles Boya Woods, 67, of Blytheville passed away Oct. 27, 2022, at his home. He worked for the City of Blytheville. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of a non-denominational church. Charles Woods was born May 4, 1955, in Blytheville to Willie D. Woods and Carrie Brown Woods. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Charles A. Woods, Willie D. Charles Boya Woods, 67, of Blytheville passed away Oct. 27, 2022, at his home. He worked for the City of Blytheville. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of a non-denominational church. Charles Woods was born May 4, 1955, in Blytheville to Willie D. Woods and Carrie Brown Woods. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers, Charles A. Woods, Willie D. Woods Jr., Eddie Woods and Terry Woods; three sisters, Alfreda Dodson, Susie House and Eva Prigetti.

He is survived by his wife, Veronica Woods; three sons, Charles Woods Jr. of Jonesboro, Sandarius Gilespie of Little Rock and Fredrick Furlow of Nashville, Tenn.; two daughters, Marshalla Woods of Blytheville and Teresa Oshodi of Jonesboro; two brothers, June Woods and O.D. Woods, both of Milwaukee, Wis.; three sisters, Reda Moore of Milwaukee, Wis., Mildred Woods of Blytheville, Lavern Woods Little of Murfreesboro, Ill.; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family and friends. 

Visitation will be Saturday, Nov. 5, from 12-2 p.m. with the funeral to follow at 2 p.m. at Grace Life Church in Blytheville. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Bishop Henry Mays officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville is in charge of arrangements.
