Lottie Mae Gates

Lottie Mae Gates, 66, of Blytheville passed away Oct. 21, 2022, at the Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Lottie Gates was born on Oct. 6, 1956, to Jim Otis Gates and Georgia McClendon Gates. She was a retired factory worker, a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Georgia Gates; one daughter, Pamela Cody; two brothers, Shelby Gates and George Gates; two sisters, Aline Gates and Patricia Jimmerson.

She is survived by three daughters, Christina Gates and Sholonda Gates, both of Blytheville, and Felicia Cody of Cincinnati, Ohio; one brother, Henry Gates of Little Rock; four sisters, Elizabeth Gates of Osceola, Loreen Gates of Colorado, Donna Gates of Oakland, Calif., Stella Gates of Fresco, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild and a host of family and friends.

There will be a cremation for Ms. Gates. Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
