Jerry D. O’Neal

Jerry D. O’Neal, 68, of Manila and formerly of Blytheville, passed away Thursday, Oct. 6, 2022 at his home.

Jerry was born in Blytheville to Allie and Ruby O’Neal and was a graduate of Blytheville High School. He was a retired farmer and a member of New Liberty Baptist Church. Jerry was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and gardener. He especially enjoyed raising a vegetable garden. Christmas was Jerry’s favorite holiday and he always found great joy in giving his family gifts.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Jerry is survived by his sister, Linda Cornish and her husband Victor of Manila; special niece, Shantel Sexton and her husband Brett of Manila; great-niece, Raelynn Sexton; and great-nephew, Corbin Sexton.

Graveside services will be held Monday, Oct. 10, at 10:30 a.m. in Dogwood Cemetery. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.cobbfuneralhome.com.
