Mary Jane Alexander

Mary Jane Alexander, 52, of Osceola passed away Aug. 21, 2022, at SMC Medical Center in Osceola. She was employed at Frito-Lay in Jonesboro and a member of Bethlehem MB Church in Osceola. Mary was born Aug. 19, 1970, in Osceola to Eugene Branch, Sr. and Berthtiall Yankaway. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene Branch, Sr.; one son, James Johnson; her daughter, Shunta Johnson; her brother, Eugene Branch, Jr.; and one sister, Stacey Branch.

She is survived by her mother, Berthtiall Yankaway of Osceola; her husband, John H. Alexander, Jr. of Osceola; four sons, Marcus Johnson (Alexia Edwards) of Jonesboro, Jonathan Alexander of Little Rock, Keelin Alexander and Jalin Alexander of Osceola; a special son, Tomorrow Love of Blytheville; three sisters, Debra Barnard of Osceola, Glenda Parker of Little Rock and Marquita Branch of Jonesboro; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Aug. 27, at 2 p.m. at Bethlehem MB Church in Osceola. Burial will be at Whiteside Cemetery in Osceola with Dr. Moses Black officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola will be in charge of arrangements.
