Christopher Jerome Finch

Christopher Jerome Finch, 66, of Blytheville passed away June 22, 2022, at Heritage Square nursing home in Blytheville. He confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church under Rev. P.J. James. He was a retired factory worker of Maverick Tube Corporation. Mr. Finch was born Jan. 20, 1956, in Little Rock to Arthur Finch and Willie Mae Stallings Finch. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; two brothers, Augustus Finch and Larry Finch; and soulmate, Clarinda Blankenship.

He is survived by one son, Raphael Blankenship of Blytheville; two daughters, Kristy Finch of Memphis, Tenn., and Christie Smith (Raymond) of Blytheville; three sisters, Anitra Gardner of Kennett, Mo., Sandra Finch of Little Rock and Arthur Faye Finch of Blytheville; 15 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday, July 1, at Wilson Funeral Home at Blytheville from 9-10:30 a.m. Graveside service will follow at 11 a.m. at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Blytheville with Bishop Randy Crenshaw officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville is in charge of arrangements.
