Hershel Robert Wilson

Hershel Robert Wilson, 85, of Annapolis, Mo., died Friday, May 6, 2022, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. Born in Leachville to the late Bob and Lomay Gregory Wilson he had lived most of his life in St. Louis, Mo. He was the owner and operator of several car washes in the St. Louis area and retired in 2013. Hershel was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by eight brothers and five sisters.

He is survived by one sister, Brenda Morris of Jonesboro, and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Leachville Cemetery. Burial will be under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Leachville. Friends may sign the online guest register at www.HowardFuneralService.com.
