Brian Page Clark
Brian Page Clark, 47, of Manila, passed from this life early Saturday, March 20, 2021, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Jonesboro to the late Ernest and Wanda Wilson Clark, he was raised in Manila and Fort Smith and later became a 1991 graduate of McCrory High School. Following high school he attended Arkansas State University at Newport where he earned licensure as a journeyman electrician. Brian was an electrical project manager for Diversified Construction Group of Jonesboro and had served over 22 years as a volunteer fireman. As an avid sports enthusiast he was a longtime member of the Arkansas Activities Association and had worked as a high school basketball referee for 27 years. Brian was a member of the First Baptist Church in Manila.
Survivors include his wife, Laura Imler Clark of Manila; three sons, Brady Clark, Brison Clark and Wilson Clark; two bonus sons, Jackson Imler and Michael Oldham, all of Manila; one brother, Keith Wallace of Manila; one sister, Terry Overholser of Rector; mother- and father-in-law, Raymond and Charlotte Imler of Leachville; brother- and sister-in-law, Ray and Mysti Imler of Lake City; nephews, Eric Wallace, Ryan Wallace, Jason Roach and Jarrod Roach. He also leaves his beloved boxer, "Tank."
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, at the First Baptist Church in Manila with Rev. Matt Pryor and Rev. Ray Dill officiating. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Manila. Pallbearers will include Morgan Walling, Landon Barrett, Blandon Barrett, Scott Townsend, Jr., Mark Hardin, Ron Bellamy, Joe Wilkinson, Dale Murphy and Casey Wells. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Caraway, Leachville, Lake City and Manila Volunteer Fire Departments. The family will receive visitors Monday evening from 5:30-8:00 at the church.
