Catherine Roberson Willbanks

Catherine Roberson Willbanks, 62, of Osceola died Feb. 21, 2021, at SMC Medical Center in Osceola. She was a court administrative secretary for the City of Osceola, employed by the City of Osceola for 20 years and a member of First Baptist Church in Luxora. Mrs. Willbanks was born Nov. 28, 1958, in San Antonio, Texas, to Herbert Roberson and Nadine Hill Gifford. She was preceded in death by her father, Herbert Roberson.

She is survived by her mother, Nadine Gifford of Blytheville; her husband, Billy Willbanks of Osceola; her daughter, Monica (Billy) Fines of Osceola; one sister, Cissi Appel of Blytheville; and one grandson, Daniel Fines of Osceola.

Visitation was Tuesday, Feb. 23, from 6-8 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. The funeral was Wednesday, Feb. 24, at 1 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial was at Rivercrest Gardens in Marie with Bro. Kenny Davis officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola was in charge.
