Marilyn Charlene Barymon

Marilyn Charlene Barymon of Wardell, Mo., was born Feb. 9, 1948, in Wardell, Mo., to the late Charlie Barymon and the late Ollie Mae Waddell Barymon. A lifetime resident of Wardell, Mo., Marilyn retired from the Family Service Division of Missouri after 36 years and in that time, she only took one sick day. She was also a member of Living Word Tabernacle in Gibson, Mo., and she loved to shop.

Ms. Barymon passed away Aug. 10, 2020, at South East Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Mo., at the age of 72. She is preceded in death by her father, Charlie Barymon, and mother, Ollie Mae Waddell Barymon; one brother, Donald Barymon; and two sisters, Peggy Hooker and Shelby Howlett.

She is survived by her sister, Gayla Middleton of Hayti, Mo.

A visitation was held from 6-8 p.m. Aug. 12 at Brimhall Funeral Home in Hayti, Mo. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. the following day, Aug. 13, also at Brimhall, Bro. Bill Ivy officiating. The burial will be held at Wardell Cemetery in Wardell, Mo. Service is provided by Wilson Funeral Home Blytheville.
