Tuesday evening, the Blytheville Planning Commission approved an ATM from vendor Jeff Bailey with the notion that green space requirements were met and a neutral color was approved.
The ATM will be located at 1003 E. Main Street. That area is recognized as a business and overlay district in the city.
The commission first had to agree that the ATM would be considered a Financial Institution.
The board then agreed that the free standing ATM would be required to meet building standards in an overlay district, which resulted in the need for green space and color requirements.
