Jerry Moss

Jerry Moss was born June 17, 1960, in Blytheville, to Robert Moss and Georgia Robinson. Jerry was a part of the Blytheville High school class of 1978. Jerry began his working career at Universal –Magnatek, working there for over 17 years. Jerry would then go to work for SRT/Simens where he worked for another 20 years until he began his retirement.

Jerry was a loving, giving, kindhearted person that always greeted you with a smile. No matter who you were, Jerry always kept you laughing and he loved to be called Paw-Paw by his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Moss and Georgia Robinson, and a sister, Lorene Smith.

Jerry began his journey into eternity on Dec. 6, 2019, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville.

Jerry leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Deshona N Moss of Blytheville and Lashica Davis of Conway. Jerry also leaves behind two sons, LaTron (Lawanda) Taylor of Blytheville and London Latham of Osceola; six grandchildren, Andre Chapman, Shyelle Taylor, Tyreona Taylor, Arist Taylor, Kyelle Taylor and Akayia Veasley all of Blytheville; a special companion, Ms. Sharon Thomas; two brothers, Donald Fields and Robert (Diane) Moss of Blytheville; three sisters Delois (Clarence) Young of Virginia, Anita (Calvin) Webb of Blytheville and Tangula (Emanuel) Dabney of Memphis, Tenn.; three aunts, Ella Goss and Nelle Whitaker of Blytheville and Alice Jones of Memphis, Tenn.; one uncle Wallie B. of St Louis, Mo., and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, St. Paul MB Church 1630 West St., Blytheville. Funeral service will be at 12 p.m. Dec. 14 at St Paul MB Church.

Funeral services are entrusted to Shawn and Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home, 530 Lumerate St.
