Henderson Henry Harris Jr.

Henderson Henry Harris Jr. was born Jan. 27, 1947 in Joiner to Henderson Henry Harris Sr. and Goldena Hobson. He departed this life on Feb. 8, 2019, at the Therapy and Living Center in Osceola at the age of 72.

Henderson was preceded in death by his parents, Henderson Henry Harris Sr. and Goldena Hobson, sisters, Goldy Johnson, Mary Harrison, and four brothers, Robert, Charlie, Tat, and Norman Harris.

Henderson attended school at J.M. Speck in Frenchman Bayou. Henderson also worked at JMS in Joiner for over 30 years until his health started to fail. Henderson was of the Christian faith and was a faithful member of Mt. Zion Church of Denwood.

Henderson leaves to cherish his memories a sister Helen Johnson, a niece Renea Henry of West Memphis and a host of other family and friends.

A visitation will be held at Greater Holy Temple from 10:30-12:00 Saturday, Feb. 16, and a funeral service will be held immediately following.
