Ernestine Green

Ernestine Green passed away December 7, 2018 in Marked Tree at the age of 76.

She was a homemaker and of the Apostolic faith. She was born July 23, 1942 in Joiner to Joe Mofield and Sarah Todd. She was preceded in death by her parents, one daughter Gloria Brewer Barnes and two sisters Melba Jean Leboeuf and Sarah Helen Ralph.

She is survived by her sons, Terry Alexander of Memphis, Jimmy Brewer of Atoka, TN, Michael Brewer of Buras, LA and John Knighten of Marion, her daughters Sarah Matamoros of Memphis, and Vickie Dugan of Chapel Hill, LA, her brother Billy Mofield of Plant City, FL, her sisters Martha Rye of Memphis, Sheila Jamero of Water Valley, MS, Marcia Vance of Cario, IL, Darlene Mofield of Lakeland, FL, and Cindy Mofield of Springfield, MO, twenty grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren and a host of great-great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Tuesday, December 11, 2018 from 12-2 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Services will be Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 2 p.m. Burial is at Louise Chapel in Joiner, with Bro. Will Rye officiating. Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola is in charge.
