He informed us his wife Jennifer Huffman stabbed herself in the stomach with a knife. Once entering the residence I observed Jennifer holding a white cloth on her stomach with blood on it. While speaking with Jennifer she stated she fell on the knife and did not stab herself. Jennifer was being very uncooperative and would not listen to the commands that were being given to her. Lt. Dannar and I stepped outside to speak with the husband while Officer Rolland began taking pictures of the scene. A loud noise was heard coming from inside the residence so we ran inside and saw Officer Rolland, Officer Driskill, and Sgt. Foster holding Jennifer and placing handcuffs on her due to her striking Officer Rolland in the face. Pafford arrived on scene and escorted her to the ambulance. I rode with Pafford to Great River Medical Center to make sure there was no further issues with Jennifer. After Jennifer was cleared by the hospital she was transported to Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office.”
