Barbara Lynn Killingsworth

Barbara Lynn Killingsworth, 70, of Blytheville gained her angel wings on September 29, 2018 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. Barbara was the daughter of the late Rubin Thomas (RT) and Peggy Killingsworth.

She graduated from River Forest High School in Hobart, Indiana. Barbara later relocated to Blytheville with her family. She was the manager for many years at the former Jr. Food (Gary’s Food Mart). Barbara was one of eight children. She was always full of life and love and her smile was contagious. Family and friends will remember her as a sweet, caring spirit who was always willing to help someone else. She had the gift of a tender heart and was loved by all who knew her. She will be missed by many.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings Thomas Killingsworth, Douglas Killingsworth, Peggy Diane Birmingham, and Debbie Howard.

She is survived by two brothers, David Killingsworth of Blytheville, Arkansas and Donald Ray Killingsworth of Lake Station, Indiana; one brother in law Ronnie Birmingham of Jonesboro, Arkansas; one sister Linda Harralston (Allen) of Bentonville, Arkansas; and two half-sisters Sheila Saale (Kenny) of Troy, Missouri and Pam Thompson (Jim) Warsaw, Missouri and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Barbara’s final request has been honored by her family. Expressions of sympathy may be sent directly to the family.
