Firemen battle blaze at Dogwood and Elm

Blytheville firemen battled a fire at Dogwood and Elm around 10:43 a.m. Friday. The structure had burned previously. Firemen sprayed Black Hills Energy’s gas riser to keep it from catching on fire.
