Terry Bill, 80, of Manila, died Thursday, May 3, 2018, at the Unity Health/Harris Medical Center in Newport. Born in Memphis, he was the son of the late Arthur and Emily Hepburn Bill and had lived most of his life in Memphis. Terry Bill, 80, of Manila, died Thursday, May 3, 2018, at the Unity Health/Harris Medical Center in Newport. Born in Memphis, he was the son of the late Arthur and Emily Hepburn Bill and had lived most of his life in Memphis. A graduate of Southside High School in Memphis, Terry later received journalism and broadcasting degrees from Memphis State University. He had served in the U.S. Army and also worked as a disc jockey for WEZI Easy Listening Radio in Memphis and KFIN Radio in Jonesboro. Terry also worked several years as a videographer for the Arkansas State University football program. He was a member of the Second Presbyterian Church in Memphis.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Bunch Bill; a daughter, Melanie Clindenin; and a sister, Nancy Bill Pierini.

Survivors include one grandson, Matthew Clindenin and wife Lindsey of Lumberton, Miss.; two nieces, Delano Miller and Darla Russell; one nephew, David Miller. He also leaves a special sister-in-law and caretaker, Sharon Bunch of Manila.

Funeral service was 3 p.m. Sunday, May 6, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Mark Wheeler officiating. Burial followed in Manila Cemetery. The family received visitors from 2 p. m. until service time.
