Jerry Brown, Sr.
Jerry Brown, Sr., 81, of Blytheville, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018 at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville.
Jerry was born in Blytheville to Carmac and Ruby (Gibson) Brown and was a machine operator for Chicago Lock Company. Jerry loved to play the lottery, watch wrestling, and spend time with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and five brothers, Faye, James, Paul, Bobby, and Hubert Brown.
Jerry leaves his wife, Linda Brim Brown of the home; six children, Karen Dorris (David) of Gosnell, Deborah Reynolds (James) of Gosnell, Linda Brown of Jonesboro, Danny Brim (Shannon) of Columbiana, Alabama, Dwight Brown (Sherry) of Gosnell, and Jerry D. Brown, Jr. (Jennifer) of Gosnell; two brothers, Morris Brown (Linda) of Blytheville and Bill Brown of Osceola; four sisters, Inez Wright of Texas, Nadine Brown of Tennessee, Betty Gist of Mississippi, and Doris Brown of Tennessee; 13 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 1st at 3:00 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Terry Milburn officiating. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
