Marvin “Doug” Hall

Marvin “Doug” Hall, 71, of Monette, passed away Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at Twin Rivers Hospital in Kennett, Mo. He was born Nov. 23, 1945, in Lake City to the late Johnny and Elena Grimes Hall. He was of the Baptist faith, a 1964 graduate of Lake City High School, enjoyed fishing, picking up and shelling pecans, and going to auctions.

Survivors include his wife, Beverly Berryhill Hall of the home; two children, Kevin Douglas Hall (Annette) and Kimberly Sue Owens, both of Jonesboro; four sisters, Shirley Witt of Texarkana, Reba Morgan (Al) of Salem, Faye Gentry (Larry) of Searcy, and Debbie Logsdon (Harvey) of Bay; two grandchildren, Kelsey Copeland (Brett) and Tanner Owens, both of Jonesboro; one great-granddaughter, Hadley Copeland; and a host of other family and friends.

The family requests private services under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
