50th Anniversary celebration set for Sept. 17

Larry and Marsha Ladd of Lake City will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. They were married on Sept. 1, 1967, at the Leachville Church of Christ with William Blakemore, minister, officiating the ceremony.

They have three sons, Dr. Dale Ladd and wife Teresa Ladd of Batesville; Ryan Ladd of Jonesboro; and Justin and wife Amy Ladd of Jonesboro. They have seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The Ladds will be celebrating their golden anniversary in the Family Life Center of the Monette First Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 17.

Family and friends are welcome to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
