Rickie Lynn Hitchcock
Rickie Lynn Hitchcock, 55, of Imboden, formerly of Manila, passed from this life Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2017, in Imboden. Born at Blytheville and raised in Manila, he was the son of the late William and Sarah Lee Edwards Hitchcock and had been a lifelong resident of Northeast Arkansas. He was a retired truck driver and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Always the life of the party, he enjoyed making people laugh.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Jessie Hitchcock, Robert Hitchcock, Jimmy Hitchcock and James Hitchcock, and two sisters, Shirley Hitchcock and Ilree Shields.
Survivors include two sons, Patrick Hitchcock and wife Shannon of Paragould and Christopher Hitchcock of Luxora; his daughter, Heather Pate and husband Brandon of Bono; four brothers, Jerry Hitchcock and wife Lisa of Manila, Thurman Hitchcock and wife Tracy of Manila, Virgil Hitchcock and wife Shirley of Bryant and William Hitchcock of Pascagoula, Miss.; his stepbrother, James Lester and wife Mary Ann of Imboden; three sisters,
Joette Short of Wiseman, Betty Martinez of Jonesboro and Frances Hitchcock of Chicago, Ill.; and five grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11, at the Manila Cemetery under the direction of Howard Funeral Service in Manila.
The family will receive visitors Saturday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
