Bobby G. Walker
Mr. Bobby G. Walker was born September 22, 1946 in Dell, AR to Ned, and Jessie Mae Kelly Walker. Bobby departed to his heavenly home on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Bobby was the proud owner of the Ebony Club in Blytheville, AR.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Ned and Jessie Mae Walker; one daughter, Jacqueline Henderson; a sister, Bennie Ruth Peoples, and a brother Joe Walker.
Bobby was a man of compassion and strengths. In his prime years, he opened a pool hall, Bobby's Pool Hall, in 1983. He later opened his first club called "The Ebony Social Club" which was his pride and joy in 1986. Throughout his life he also owned rental property for several years in Blytheville. Bobby worked hard at everything he did to maintain a strong foundation and legacy for those whom he loved. He leaves to cherish wonderful memories with his companion, Amanda Russell, and his long lasting friendship with his best friend Mary Banks.
Bobby also leaves to cherish his memory, ten sons, Bobby Walker, Jr. of Illinois, Ervin Evans of California, Rafiel Banks of Paducah, KY and Jeffery Walker, Brad Crawford, Troy Crawford, Patrick Walker, Nikita Spencer of Minnesota, Reggie (Carolyn) Stewart and Derrick (Wyvonia) Singleton, all of Blytheville; three daughters, Valerie Stewart, Serena Crawford both of Blytheville, and Saundra Walker of Illinois; one God Daughter Ramerra Gardner of Paducah, KY; one sister, Mary Frances (Claude) Raiford of Blytheville; three brothers, Harold (Marilyn) Walker of Blytheville; Harvey (Regina) Walker of California and Ned Walker, Jr of Chicago, IL; twenty grandchildren; and thirteen great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
