Manila couple to celebrate 65th wedding anniversary

Lecil James and Doris Jean Mills of Manila will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary Nov. 23.

Lecil Mills and Doris Decker were married Nov. 23, 1951. The couple made their home in Springfield, Mo., for several years before returning to Manila.

They have a daughter and son-in-law, Susie and Randy Frakes of Manila, and a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Donna Mills of Manila.

They have two grandchildren, Jimmy Wells and Samantha Finley. Great-grandchildren are Grant Wells, Jordan Wells, Caleb Milligan, Jake and Hunter Tarver and one great-great-grandchild, Emily Jean Finley.
