The following are reports from the Blytheville Police Department.
-- Police investigated a domestic battery report in the 800 block of Carla involving an 11-year-old boy. At Great River Medical Center, the mother told police that she was arguing with the boy when her 17-year-old son entered the room at the home and began arguing with her and his brother. "During the argument, the 17-year-old son punched his brother on the mouth one time," the report said. The boy sustained a swollen bottom lip and was bleeding. The mother said the 17-year-old left after the altercation. Police contacted the Child Abuse Hotline.
-- Officers took a harassment report in the 2000 block of West Main.
-- Police investigated a domestic assault in the 1500 block of North Division. The victim said his ex-girlfriend followed him to the doctor's office, got out of her car and broke his windshield with a can of bug spray. Then she threw the bug spray at him, but missing, instead striking the man's juvenile daughter who was in the backseat. The woman hit the victim with her fists and pulled his hair, the report said. The offender then fled. The Child Abuse Hotline was contacted.
-- Police took a report of a violation of a court order.
-- Officers investigated a burglary in the 1500 block of Holly. Missing were a gaming system and television.
