The Arkansas State Police is investigating the triple fatal accident Wednesday morning on Highway 61, near County Road 346, just south of Blytheville.

According to Trooper Logan Pate, around 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, for unknown reasons the Knight's Disposal driver, 32-year-old Tracy Marion of Blytheville, swerved across the center lane and the truck overturned, landing on a north bound Hyundai Elantra.

All three inside the small car were killed: driver 76-year-old Robert Davis and passengers 63-year-old Della Stringer and 29-year-old Tristan Johnson, all of Blytheville.

Pate said the Knight's driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to Great River Medical Center for treatment.

It is uncertain at this time what, if any, charges the driver faces.
