Bobby Ray Boozy, 73, of Gosnell, passed away Sunday, July 31, 2016 at his home. Bobby was born to Monroe and Grace Boozy in Missouri. He was a retired bus mechanic for the Blytheville School District and attended Gosnell Baptist Church. He loved to work on cars and travel. Bobby enjoyed spending time with his grand and great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Terry Boozy; brothers, Charles Ray and Ray Deason; and sisters, Virginia May Carpenter and Rosa Lee Deason.
Bobby leaves his wife, Viola Allmon Boozy, of the home; children, James and Brenda Boozy of Blytheville; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, August 4th at 3:00 p.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Eddie Clemons officiating. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
